The Customer acknowledges that he has read, understands and agrees to abide by these Terms and Condition

Delivery will take place expeditiously after we have received your purchase order and funds have been authorized and paid via your valid Credit Card.

finewinebrokers.com Limited through its authorized agents, undertakes to deliver your selected wines to the delivery address as indicated on your purchase order form.

Wine products may only be delivered to an individual who is legally the age of majority in the jurisdiction where delivery is to take place (proof of age may be required to complete delivery).

Wine will not be left with any person who in the opinion of the delivery representative appears to be intoxicated or ineligible for receipt of delivery; the delivery representative has the authority to refuse delivery.

Adult (individual of legal age of majority in their resident jurisdiction) signature is required for receipt of product.

Delivery of the product will be made only to the address indicated on the purchase order.

Wine not deliverable after two weeks will be destroyed.

Products are delivered for private consumption only and not for resale unless the purchaser is legally eligible and licensed to offer the product for resale.

finewinebrokers.com does not take responsibility for the quality of the product supplied by the producer and/or vineyard. If any product is found defective, the purchaser must notify finewinebrokers.com within seven (7) days of delivery of the product. finewinebrokers.com will convey notice of the defective product to the producer or vineyard and will endevour to obtain a refund for the full purchase price to the purchaser's credit card. In some instances, the producer or vineyard may require return of the defective product in order to effect a refund. A purchaser who has found a product to be defective, after "cellaring" the product for an extended period of time, is encouraged to contact he producer or vineyard directly and report the problem to finewinebrokers.com wherein finewinebrokers.com will provide whatever assistance it can in dealing with the producer or vineyard to provide the purchaser with satisfaction.

I warrant that I am of legal drinking age (in the jurisdiction in which my order will be placed and received).

I authorize finewinebrokers.com to release part or all of my personal information to the Liquor Control and Licensing Authority in the jurisdiction in which I reside, if required to do so at law.

I authorize finewinebrokers.com to order on my behalf, to comply with any applicable legislation, the terms and conditions contained herein, and to abide by the terms of any agreements entered into between finewinebrokers.com and any licensing authority, or governmental agency as required at law.
